In order to help you track the progress of your Complex Diet Drops, we have designed a personalized tracking system for your convenience! View your daily and weekly success by using this tool. First, begin by entering all of your information (including an accurate starting weight) into your profile in the "My Profile" tab. Then, each day click the “add weight” button to record your current weight for that day. About once a week you should also record your measurements (do this by clicking the “add measurement” button). We will record all input and graph it for you so that you can visualize your success as you go!
